Request a correction or removal
How to make a request
If a clinic's name, address, phone number, hours or medical staff information is inaccurate or needs to be removed, please email contact@dermaclinicindex.com. Putting 'Correction request' or 'Removal request' in the subject line helps us sort it quickly.
In the body, include the clinic name, the page address, what should change and the basis for the change. If confirmation from the clinic is needed, we may ask for a business registration certificate or the medical institution's establishment details.
How requests are handled
Verified changes are reflected in the next data update. If the error comes from an original source such as the Health Insurance Review & Assessment Service (HIRA), please notify that agency too, so it isn't repeated in the next collection.
